unprepared rooms

the check-in was an absolute disaster, with staff struggling, and rooms still not ready at 3pm. we had to chase for everything, as if we weren't even important. not to mention, the heated pool was out of order! i thought a hotel like this would woudl have better management. a complimentary gesture would’ve been nice. i almost left a good review but just couldn’t.

the bathroom only had bars of soap (not even liquid soap! ). the outdoor pool is a real highlight and the breakfast options were delightful (especially those croissants! the design of the hotel is both impressive and modern.
